Eligibility
Refunds apply only to paid Tech Infra program fees confirmed in an enrollment invoice. Informational prices on this website do not create a charge. Employer-sponsored seats follow the invoice terms agreed with the purchasing organization.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Requests received fewer than 14 days before start, or after materials access begins, are evaluated for partial credit only.
Full and partial refunds
A full refund of tuition is available when cancellation occurs within the timeframe above and no sandbox credentials have been activated. A partial refund of up to 50% may be offered if you withdraw within the first seven calendar days of a cohort and have submitted fewer than two graded artifacts. After day seven, tuition is generally non-refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a later intake.
Non-refundable items
Night Vault Hours monthly add-ons already consumed, third-party exam fees (if any), custom redaction work for Assurance Circle templates, and completed private workshops are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@tech-infra.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add additional days depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Tech Infra
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date at no extra tuition.
Exceptions
Documented medical or family emergencies may qualify for expanded transfer options at our discretion. Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where they cannot be limited by contract.
